Nicole L. Drey is a civil litigator developing her practice in copyright and trademark enforcement. Hailing from Illinois, Nicole received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 2002. Nicole received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2006, where she was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team. Nicole joined the firm after receiving her LL.M in 2007 from Loyola, after studying for several months at the University of Bologna, Italy. While in Italy, Nicole interned for the law firm of Derra Meyer & Partner.
Nicole regularly appears in federal court and has experience handling a variety of federal law and motion matters, including ex parte civil seizures. Nicole also handles domain name recovery issues and general cease and desist demands.
Nicole is licensed in the state of California as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
