Annie S. Wang is a civil litigator specializing in copyright, trademark and patent enforcement. Annie joined the firm after receiving her J.D. from Southwestern Law School where she was a member and associate editor of the Journal of Law and Trade in the Americas. Annie had the privilege of externing for the Honorable Robert M. Takasugi at the United States District Court, Central District of California. Annie received her B.A. cum laude from UCLA.
Annie regularly appears in federal court and handles a variety of federal law and motion matters, including ex parte civil seizures, discovery related motion practice and jurisdiction disputes. She was part of the successful trial team securing one of the largest jury verdicts in California in 2009, on claims of contributory copyright and trademark infringement. Annie also handles domain name recovery issues, Internet enforcement of copyrights and trademarks, and general cease and desist demands.
Annie is licensed in the states of California and Nevada, as well as the United States District Court for Nevada, the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
